Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning programmes (including learnership and management programmes) as well as evaluating the effectiveness post implementation.<\/p>\n<p>What you will love doing in this role<\/p>\n<p>Analyse the need for learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with business partners<\/li>\n<li>Determine desired business outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Link desired outcomes with employee behavior<\/li>\n<li>Identify and evaluate competencies<\/li>\n<li>Determine performance gaps<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize training needs<\/li>\n<li>Apply robust training methodology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Design learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking into account Adult Learning principles<\/li>\n<li>Design online learning curriculums that incorporate a blended learning methodology<\/li>\n<li>Consider alternative training methods (on the job, coaching and mentoring, classroom, e-learning)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Develop learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clearly define learning objectives using the SMART model<\/li>\n<li>Differentiate between learning objectives, e.g. knowledge, skills or attitudes<\/li>\n<li>Apply the Kolb and \/ or Honey &amp; qualitative measures)<\/li>\n<li>Develop learning assessment tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Review and update learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review feedback from business partners and update learning programmes to ensure fit for purpose and business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Customise generic learning material for internal purposes<\/li>\n<li>Consult regularly with allocated business partners\u00a0 to build and maintain working relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-coordinating &amp;
