JOB<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>To safely carry out preventive maintenance and repairs to the plant and equipment.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"1\">Participate and comply with SHEQ Requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"1\">Ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, risk and quality standards and requirements<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"1\">Comply with OHSA standards, statutory regulations, conform to safety standards, housekeeping standards (5S) and planned maintenance system requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>People:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"1\">Ensure co-operation as a team cause failure analysis<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Maintain, repair and replace mechanical parts, components and equipment<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Execute breakdown work orders, create notifications, perform daily work order confirmations, provide accurate feedback and generate orders on the SAP system<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Performing work in a safe and reliable manner ensuring the highest level of workmanship<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Conduct regular plant inspection and report non-conformance and deviations to standards to Supervisors<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Monitoring the operational conditions of machinery and equipment<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Carrying out routine maintenance on a production equipment and tools to ensure legal and operational compliance<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Communicate if spares, equipment or other factors were not available for job on the work order and to the Maintenance Supervisor<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Work from heights and in confined spaces and follow the various procedures related to such<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Perform general housekeeping as part of the relevant tasks allocated<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Basic mechanical assistance<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Perform copper brazing<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Perform general gas cutting, grinding and arc welding<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Perform electrode casing maintenance<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"3\" data-level=\"2\">Perform basic NDT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Rotable data-level=\"1\">Complete all fields on the \u201cDamage\u201d tag on the return item to rotable store<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"1\" data-level=\"1\">Physically transport damaged rotable to lay down
