Introduction
Vacancies exist in our security division for 2x security Supervisors Responsible for Waterburg and Vhembe Districts. The positions will report to the Operations Manager. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that all client sites are visited, and Timesheets are collected from all sites also ensures that security officers are following their job descriptions as per site instructions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of firearms
- Supervisor knowledge & experience
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Accuracy / Balancing & Reconciliation
- Work under pressure (comply with minimum targets (Speed)
- Attention to detail
- Ensuring Standard Operational Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is complete/neat and filed.
- Ensuring all schedules balance with the physical count.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accredited with Grade B
- 5 years’ Experience in the security industry in a similar role essential
- Grade 12 certificate
- Computer literacy
- full competency (Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle, and hand carbine)
- At least 3 years of supervision experience
- MUST have a legitimate driver’s license.
Package & Remuneration
market related salary based on experience
