Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with bookings, product inquiries, and insurance claims.
- Process claims accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Available immediately – non-negotiable.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans – must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
- 2+ years of call centre experience (customer service or sales).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office proficiency).
- Ability to work shifts if required, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Package & Remuneration
R 8000 – R 10 000
