Code 14 Driver

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Responsible for Company vehicle
• Servicing all routes designated to the vehicle
• Basic administration duties
• Maintaining the vehicle in the condition specified in the Astral policy manual
• Maintaining and adhering to the 20 keys principles including Health & Safety of the department

 

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Digger Loader Operator
• C14 EC driver’s license with a valid PDP is a strict requirement
• Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels
• Must be willing to assist with day to day production tasks
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays as required
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a diverse working environment
• Must have excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills
• Must have own reliable transport to and from work
• Must have sober habits
