Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barman to provide an excellent guest experience. the Barman will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Duties are stipulated below, but not limited to only the below.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Assisting with any lodge duties as required
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills and Characteristics
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Experience and Education
- Proven working experience as a Barman
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
