Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaning personnel.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing any staff issues or conflicts.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and suggestions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular patrons and new guests.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement promotional activities and special events to drive sales and attract customers.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer base.
- Oversee social media presence and online reviews to enhance brand reputation.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
