As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to our operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve items from storage.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies.
- Pack items securely for shipment to ensure they arrive safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
