Workshop Manager

The successful candidate must have:

• Matric with a Degree or Diploma in an Engineering field / N6 and or Trade test
• At least 4 -5 years’ experience in a workshop/service centre within a technical environment
• Proven 5 years managerial experience within a workshop environment
• Proven track record in vehicle fleet management
• Excellent understanding of preventative maintenance methodologies and engineering principles to manage the company’s fleet
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Advanced Excel)
• Must be able to use your own initiative when making decisions
• Must have excellent organisational, problem-solving and relationship building skills
• Must be detail-orientated and accurate with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to relocate and or travel as this is an on-site role
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
